Garai breaks up a fight, then addresses the crowd of survivors from atop a car and points to an open patch of ground for a camp.

Panel 1: [SFX: BLAM!] (a man is slammed against a car, ending the fight)
Panel 2: GARAI: Sorry about that.
Panel 3: GARAI: Everyone, something went wrong at the university. I was near the initial attack at the science building.
GARAI: We need to investigate it, but first, we need to ensure our safety.
GARAI: We need to maintain civility, help one another and maintain order.
GARAI: I'm sure the police will look into it, but in the meantime, gather any fabric you can find; blankets, sheets, clothing, along with food and water.
Panel 4: GARAI: See that open patch of ground over there?
GARAI: Let's congregate over there and set up a temporary camp.
Panel 5: GARAI: I assume most of you don't have homes at this point, so we will make the best of what we have.
GARAI: I will set up a flag so everyone knows where to go.
GARAI: Don't go wandering off alone and meet back there when you can.
